Preparation & Cooking
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL USED. DO NOT REFREEZE IF THAWED. FORCED AIR CONVECTION OVEN: PLACE FROZEN CRUSTED FILLETS ON A LIGHTLY OILED SHEET PAN. COOK IN PREHEATED 325°F / 160°C OVEN FOR 14-17 MINUTES. OVEN: PLACE FROZEN CRUSTED FILLETS ON A LIGHTLY OILED SHEET PAN. COOK IN PREHEATED 375°F / 190°C OVEN FOR 34-36 MINUTES. Note: Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C.
