Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 200oC (400oF). Place fish on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74oC (158oF). Turn fish over after 15 minutes to ensure crispness. Baking time will vary by type of oven used.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice and vegetables
