Nuggets are cut from our premium fillets and lightly breaded. Portion controlled (13-21/lb). Tested for re-therm and performs very well (Cold Plate Compatible). Excellent plate coverage.
Preparation & Cooking
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: DEEP FRY: Immerse frozen nuggets in preheated 180°C / 350°F oil for approximately 6 min or until done. For best results, do not overfill fryer basket and do not overcook. Drain on paper towel and serve. FORCED AIR CONVECTION OVEN: Place a single layer of frozen nuggets on a shallow baking pan in a preheated 200°C / 400°F oven for about 14 min or until done. OVEN: Place a single layer of frozen nuggets on a shallow baking pan in a preheated 220°C / 425°F oven for about 19 min or until done. NOTE: Cooking times vary by appliance. Fully cooked fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Serving Suggestions
Serve on a mixed appetizer platter with marinara sauce; try it with a Thai dipping sauce. Serve it as a Kids item with steamed broccoli and candied carrots.
