Preparation & Cooking
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 200C (400F). Place chunks in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Heat for 14-15 minutes, turning once after 10 minutes DEEP FRYER:4-5 minutes at 180C (350F). MICROWAVE:Place 6-8 chunks in a circular pattern on a microwave safe plate. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes, turning plate halfway through the heating time. Increase time accordingly for additional chunks. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. COOK UNTIL AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 74C (165F) IS REACHED.
